18th June,
Went back to school for my club,
events that day - registration for the PGDE freshies + club's recruitment.
Xiao Xuan & I were the incharge,
we were chatting all the way while working.
She's sucha darling~

End of the day,
we've collected $1200 for the orientation fees oh!
The $ was under my care before I hand to Shiling.
During this period, I was filthy R-I-C-H!!
How am I going to spend them? *evil smile*
Muahaha!! Kidding lah~
The $ had already reached Shiling's hands liao.

21st June,
Yeah~ Dating time again!!
Dear & I started shopping around at Orchard, then all the way down to Bugis.
Had our lunch + dinner at PS pastamania,
saw the cheese mountain on my pasta?
Ashley LOVE cheese!!! *slurps*

After which we headed for Rochor tau huay,
rich, smooth, tasty. *heart it*

Finally our last stop - Bugis!
Has anyone noticed the OSIM U-PAPA located in some of the shopping malls (including Bugis)?
Hehe~ I often saw many uncles sat till Zzz leh, look so comfortable!
Can't control my curiosity again,
I went to try it out.
YES! It is indeed S-H-I-O-K de lor!!

After shopping, we decided to catch a movie - Fantastic Four.
Kinda disappointed with its content,
but once I saw Jessica Alba,
everything is worthed it!

22nd June,
This day is definitely worthed the celebration,
worthed me to drink wine which I normally don't,
because...
Dear pass his bridging course examination!!
His results are EXCELLENT!
I am so proud of him!
But Dear ah,
must continue work hard k?

P.S: Dear ah, drink can drink, but watch out for your beer belly hor~ It's GROWING~~~ Muahahahahaha!!!

Due to the poor weather, West Coast is out,
we went to Hai Sheng's place to have the BBQ.

How i wish they were REAL!!

Last but not least, my 减肥心得~
减肥除却运动，日常作息与饮食间也是关键。
这里，运动难以用言语表达，唯有说一说平时该注意什么。
以下几项是本人亲身经历、体验，就算没有运动也能瘦下！

1. 睡醒和饭前先喝一大杯水，之后可以10颗葡萄或3条香蕉当早餐，又或是如果像我一样extreme的话，可以把一根香蕉和一杯少糖的豆浆榨在一起，然后等它的颜色变得有点暗了才喝，这就是很丰富的早餐了！
2. 有汤先喝汤。
3. 肉不与饭同吃，要分开来吃。
4. 当然，煎炸、淀粉类要少吃。
   
5. 每吃一口要嚼30下才下咽。（非常有效！）
   
6. 每顿吃7分饱即可。
7. 切记，千万别以为上午没吃，那么晚餐就能多吃，这是大错特错。
   
8. 进食时和饭后都不可以喝水。（老爸从小就不喜欢我吃零食和喝汽水，所以这些我都很少去碰。）
   
9. 晚上7点之后要和所有事物说sayonara，真得很饿就吃水果，但得在吃饱后的1小时才吃。水果方面也请选择能帮助消化的，本人不会选香蕉。
   
10. 饭后一定要站到打嗝为止才坐下，通常要站或慢步走30分钟或以上。
    
11. 宿便一定一定、千万千万要清。（据调查，人体内囤积的粪便的重量可高达2kg哦！）
12. 小便也绝不能忍。
    

运动方面，我能建议的是，喜欢什么运动就做什么运动。请务必享受运动和出汗的过程，这样才有效。如果只是一昧强迫自己做不喜欢的运动，身体自然也不会听话。以我的个例来看，因为我喜欢跳舞，所以跳舞是对我最有效的运动。

最后，还是得说些老话，要有恒心，因为……为美丽而战是所有女人一辈子的战争，而世上的确只有美女的存在。

Praying hard,
heart beating in turbo speed,
holding on to my breathe,
I entered portal,
my results are FINALLY out!

They are so much better than what I expected!
Like what my sis and Junren told me,
It's such a big bonus!

Ashley is the happiest girl in the world!
It's time to have a BIG celebration!
I was jumping and screaming happily like hell,
I was even more happy cos Dear was there to share my joy!

Ohhh... I feel so blessed...

Dear God,
Please make this sunshine moment last forever!

Back to the results,
I was so worried after I screwed up a 25marks question.
My mind must have been so dumb that time to choose that question instead of the other 1 which I feel more comfortable with.
And the DUMBEST reason at that time was,
I was lazy to choose the other question cos it requires me to write a much longer answer.

I won't be so lazy again. *sompa*

Dear and I went to Marina to catch a movie -

Boring at certain parts,
overall okay.
